For me, the worst feeling one could ever feel is to be neglected and rejected. Agree? Especially when some nitwit out there tend to backstab you and tell make-up stories about you, like as if they know who you really are! Dang! Geez, how I despise these kind of people! And my only comfort is to let my tear ducts sqeeze out tons of tears and let out a heavy sigh of disgust. It's true that you can't please everybody. And I definitely did not exist to please everyone. But isn't it just so unfair when you hear things you don't deserve to hear, blamed for something you haven't even done, castigated and find you stupid pot shots as a way of convincing themselves that they're a lot better than you?! Nothing but a bunch of egotistic people!
Gah! I simply abhor them! Nobody deserves this kind of treatment esp. when you're not doing anything bad to them. People deserve a fair kind of treatment without stepping on somebody's foot and that includes me! Sheesh! -_-"

Dang! I just had one of the wettest day of my life! Thought I couldn't make it to work a while ago,bcoz it was raining cats and dogs since morning. And i hate it when it rains...i don't like gettin' wet all over esp. when I'm on a corporate attire, puh-leeez! It feels kinda messy too.
Haven't posted here for a while...coz i was posting more on my Xanga site. You guys should check it out: poshymeg@xanga.com

I Just read a post about dating stuff on Xanga. I enjoyed reading the comments and most of them agreed on the same thing, that both should compromise about it. Who plans your date? Well, I've been in a relationship for more than 4 years now, and my boyfriend and I love to go out on weekends. But one thing we often argue about is "where to?" He asks me out sometimes, but then he ends up askin' me "where do you plan to go now?" It's kinda disappointing coz imo, guys should also be creative in terms of handling dates. Y'know sometimes you have to impress the girl...surprise her or something! Most of us girls loves surprises, don't we? I love surprises. A girl would really appreciate it bigtime when her guy gives her something to cheer about especially when she's not expecting it. My boyfriend does that, but that was WAY back in college! He likes giving me chocolates & gummy bears, flowers, my fave book to read, and our favourite-waffles! And it just melts my heart everytime! Simple things can work miracles. ^_^Oh well, i just wish he'd surprise me one of these days when we go out and hopefully we won't argue about who should do the lead in terms of going out on a date. *sigh*Labels: chocolates, comments, dates, plans, relationship, waffles

Aaarghh! I badly want to have a pet Shih Tzu! If I were to be asked which kind of pet I would keep, I'll definitely go for Shih Tzu. They're just so cute and cuddly! I'm such a dog lover. Actually I also like Labs and Terriers. Each time I see one, like in a park, mall or just along the streets, I cringe. Coz i really want to have one.
They're a bit pricey and am not sure if I'm ready to take good care of one. I remember giving a pet Sharpei to my bf as a gift. His name was Ralph. Uh-huh he's dead. And we are still clueless of his sudden death, coz he wasn't with us when he died, a friend of my boyfriend borrowed him for quite some time and one day my bf just informed me that Ralph's dead. I was shocked of course, coz Ralph's been with us, since he was still a pup. Though he's a bit naughty and likes to bite on anything he reaches, we still miss him.
That's also one of the reasons why I'm hesitating to buy another pet dog, coz I'm afraid that we won't be responsible enough to take good care of it. Losing a pet sucks bigtime. Still, I want to have a Shih Tzu for a pet.

Can't believe I just got my new journal today. I now have a total of 3 journals. Two of them only requires email support and the other one is for full support. Well, you might be wondering what the hell am i talkin' about here. I'm currently working as an Editorial Assistant for Springer, it's a publishing company and I'm just new in the job. Today my supervisor just introduced me to this new journal which im going to handle for full support. Honestly, I'm quite nervous about introducing myself to the Editor-in-Chief and I wonder if they're nice to work with. On the contrary, I'm also excited to start with the journal. It feels scary, but also at the same time, it kinda feels good too.
The important thing is, I'm enjoying my job. Like what Confucius said: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." I soooo agree with that wise saying! I've had previous jobs and some with great pay, but when i stopped enjoying my job, suddenly everything started to fell apart. I just wasn't happy with what i'm doin' anymore. And I was starting to feel that I was just doing my work for the sake of earning and because I am obliged to do it. Going to work seemed to be a burden and very dreary. I woke up each day and the feeling of excitement going to work isn't there anymore, I just let out a heavy *SIGH* thinking that it'll just be another TEDIOUS day for me to start and can't even wait to end. Am sure anyone here who has work experience knows what i'm talkin' about.
So far, i feel happy and satisfied with where i am now. And i hope this kind of feeling won't fade away just like what happened with my previous jobs, coz it sucks bigtime! Well, what I think is that, the environment plays an important role when it comes to working. If you're comfortable & happy with the people that you work with, the place and the work itself, then there should be no problem-coz the feeling of satisfaction is there and that's what keeps you motivated somehow, right?

Darn, am on graveyard shift! My starbucks tumbler is my 'best friend' for one whole month. There are two things to keep me awake: Coffee & Music. Working doesn't seem to be that boring when i get to sip coffee every now and then while listening to my fave tracks on mui phone. Gee, it's pretty cold out here at work. Forgot to bring myself a jacket.
Btw, saw the movie trailer of New Moon at You Tube. So Jacob turned out to be a half-wolf. Edward decided to leave Bella for some safety reasons 'coz Jasper almost had her for dinner...lol And i think Jacob's trying to get into the picture now while Edward's away. Ugh. But still, I'm excited to watch it! Wish it's November already. LoL So far, i've only read Twilight. Planning to buy New Moon before they have it on cinemas.
Funny thing is, my boyfriend become suddenly interested with the Twilight Saga. I remember him saying before that Twilight is kinda gay. After a year, he finally decided to watch it by downloading a copy of it online and surprisingly he LOVED it! He then went on asked me stuff about Twilight and the rest of its sequel..like what are my favorite famous lines in the book such as: "...and so the lion fell in love with the lamb" Mui BF says that he has now a big crush on Kristen Stewart (Bella) and he even posted some pictures of her on his Friendster account! ^_^
Well, i said: "I also like her! So that makes the two of us having a big crush on Kristen Stewart!..but then who do you love the most?" And he was like: "Nah, of course you're still my number 1" ROTFL And I was teasing him that the reason that he likes Kristen Stewart is because she's like my identical twin! Haha! But that was just a joke, ofcourse! Well, I think Kristen's really pretty. I'd love to meet her someday.
Ohh..what time is it? Ugh. 5:12 am. only a couple of minutes to go and am off to bed! LOL
